And as always, our Fig spreads are handmade in small batches from fresh whole fruits at out 100% vegetarian facility. This fig spread tastes best on hot buttered toast, dosas or roti rolls! Can be enjoyed as tart/pie fillings or as yogurt flavouring!
The goodness of fig: Figs are high in natural sugars, minerals soluble fibre and are a good source of antioxidant vitamins A and K that contribute to health and wellness.
